Matic Media manufactures everything in-house.  From posters to flags or a customised exhibtion stand to a full building wrap.  This let's us give you control so we can be responsive in a way that others cannot.

What is our Expertise?

We produce posters, flags, backdrops, vehicle wraps, building wraps, exhibition stands... anything that requires large format printing.  We have procured the very best equipment to achieve the highest quality standing in print, supported by the newest digital cutting and finishing equipment.

Large Format Digital Printing & Digital Cutting

We utilise 3 different large format print technologies: Oce's toner pearl for high speed poster production, Oce's UV Arizona flat bed with roll-to-roll and HP's latex 28500 and 26500.  This is supported with a Zund G3 digital cutting table with conveyer for finshing wood, plastics, composite, paper, cardboards...

White Ink

Using our Arizona 350GT we can print digitally to almost any substrate.  That means that we can print a photo to glass, ceramic, wood, plastic, cardboard...

What is so special white ink? 

This is very unique because traditionally you would print using a screen print process which does not have the same quality as our digital printer.  White Ink Option that enables under-printing for non-white media or objects, over-printing for backlit applications on transparent media and/or printing white as a spot color.

Direct to Substrate Printing... the GREEN Way!

Direct-to-substrate printing is fast, efficient and cost effective. Matic Media can produce high quality large format print onto a whole range of materials, see our Substrates section for full list. The finish is waterproof, fadeproof and scratch-resistant with deep, rich photographic quality.

From POS displays to product display lightboxes, Matic Media has extensive experience in sales promotion for the retail industry. Our large format print and digital die-cutting means the only limit for sales promotion print is your imagination.

Matic Media Services Ltd., hereafter referred to as the Company recognises health and safety to be a management responsibility equal to that of any other function, and an integral part of all its activities, including the ongoing maintenance of quality and standards within the workplace.

It is therefore, the Policy of the Company to provide and maintain a working environment that is, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health and safety, adequate as regards to welfare facilities and which ensures all persons out with the employment of the Company are not exposed to risks which may arise from our activities.

As an employer, we are resolved to provide and maintain equipment and systems of work that are, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health, safety and welfare and shall provide all such necessary instruction, information, training and supervision as is necessary to achieve this aim through consultation with our staff.

Furthermore, it is our philosophy that each and every individual within the Company plays a vital role in maintaining our health, safety and welfare standards and as such, all necessary resources as may be necessary to enable the Company and its employees to meet their health and safety responsibilities and to prevent accidents and incidents of ill health shall be provided.

In order to implement this policy, the commitment of everyone concerned is necessary and is a condition of employment that all employees offer their full co-operation by:

Matic Media Services Ltd. is committed to a safety management system that demonstrates a pro-active approach through the continual improvement of our health and safety performance. This is further achieved by the regular setting and reviewing of objectives to achieve compliance with safety legislation applicable to Company activities and through matching industry best practice.

The Company also recognises the need for the identification of hazards and the recording and reviewing of risk assessments and shall undertake such in a proactive and scheduled manner wherever possible.

The effectiveness of our health and safety policy, all associated processes and procedures and, their implementation, are subject to annual review and shall be amended as circumstances or legal requirements change.
