Health and Safety policy
It is therefore, the Policy of the Company to provide and maintain a working environment that is, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health and safety, adequate as regards to welfare facilities and which ensures all persons out with the employment of the Company are not exposed to risks which may arise from our activities. As an employer, we are resolved to provide and maintain equipment and systems of work that are, so far as is reasonably practicable, safe and without risks to health, safety and welfare and shall provide all such necessary instruction, information, training and supervision as is necessary to achieve this aim through consultation with our staff. Furthermore, it is our philosophy that each and every individual within the Company plays a vital role in maintaining our health, safety and welfare standards and as such, all necessary resources as may be necessary to enable the Company and its employees to meet their health and safety responsibilities and to prevent accidents and incidents of ill health shall be provided. Matic Media Services Ltd. is committed to a safety management system that demonstrates a pro-active approach through the continual improvement of our health and safety performance. This is further achieved by the regular setting and reviewing of objectives to achieve compliance with safety legislation applicable to Company activities and through matching industry best practice. The Company also recognises the need for the identification of hazards and the recording and reviewing of risk assessments and shall undertake such in a proactive and scheduled manner wherever possible. The effectiveness of our health and safety policy, all associated processes and procedures and, their implementation, are subject to annual review and shall be amended as circumstances or legal requirements change. |
